Welcome to SR Personal Training – I’m Sarmed otherwise known as Sam. I’ve been training kick boxing since I was 14 years old. I’ve got 20 years of experience in martial arts and 16 years of fitness. After years of on and off gym’ing I’ve finally decided to pursue a career in Personal Training and have this year successfully completed a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training. If you want to get fit and want to learn how to defend yourself, then please allow me to help you. My promise to you is that I’ll use all of my expertise and knowledge to help you get fitter and stronger. Give it a go and you decide!
