I’ve been training kick boxing since I was 14 years old. I’ve got 20 years of experience in martial arts and 16 years of fitness. After years of on and off gym’ing I’ve finally decided to pursue a career in Personal Training and have this year successfully completed a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training.
